Reflecting the urgency of the issues covered in the book, LGBT Youth in America's Schools by Jason Cianciotto and Sean Cahill has garnered strong praise in its first reviews from School Library Journal and Instinct magazine. SLJ calls the book ""timely, comprehensive, and highly readable," and recommends LGBT Youth to "any library serving school administrators, teachers, and other adults who work with and care for children and teens."
