Jerry Dennis ("The Windward Shore") named Circle of Blue 'Action Figure'
The Windward Shore author Jerry Dennis has been named to Circle of Blue's list of "Action Figures," a series of profiles honoring "innovators who are doing extraordinary work in water, food, and energy." Circle of Blue, an organization providing research, information, and policy suggestions regarding water and its relationships to food, energy, and health, cited Dennis' advocacy for the environment of the Great Lakes, the subject of his many books including The Windward Shore.
