David G. Nicholls Joins Georgetown Press as Editor

Dr. David G. Nicholls, author of Conjuring the Folk: Forms of Modernity in African America (University of Michigan Press, 2000) and editor of Harlem Calling: The Collected Stories of George Wylie Henderson (2005), has joined Georgetown University Press's Georgetown Languages Division as an acquisition editor. He will be responsible for acquiring multimedia foreign language learning materials, linguistics texts, and reference works. Previously, Dr. Nicholls had served as the Director of Book Publications for the Modern Languages Association and has been involved on committees with the Association of American University Presses and the Association of American Publishers.
